Terms & Conditions By registering an account at AsiaFactory-hk.com and placing orders you are indicating your agreement to all of our various terms and conditions as described below.

AsiaFactory's Privacy Policy

Here are the most important parts of our terms and policies that you must know before you place orders:

• When you place an order, we will contact you with a customised shipping price added to your invoice total.  Your total will be converted to US Dollars if you submitted your order in any other currency. (Orders with China factories can only be settled in US Dollars).  You then need to pay 30% of the total price (Goods plus shipping) by Bank Transfer so production can commence.  Depending on the size of the order and the actual styles involved, it may take up to 30 days to produce the order.  We will advise you when the order is ready to ship, and at this point, the remaining 70% will need to be paid. Once the second Bank transfer is received the goods will be shipped and it usually takes 7 to 10 days to arrive, depending on the destination.
• Once you have placed an order and paid the first portion of 30%, we are unable to make any changes whatsoever to the order.
• AsiaFactory sends goods to you from China and therefore, you (or the consignee) are importing. In most countries this means you may be liable for import duties and possibly other taxes. It's your responsibility to pay the taxes/charges, if any, on receipt of the items.
• We do not deliver to PO Boxes or to certain remote areas, and we reserve the right to refuse, cancel, and refund any orders where we consider the address to be undeliverable.
• You must have a valid phone number on your account. This is in your own interests, as it may help expedite an order if we can get in touch with you where more information is required.
• AsiaFactory does not accept returns of products. If you order the wrong products by mistake, we are unable to offer a return or exchange.
• If you pay for an order and for whatever reason it cannot be supplied or delivered successfully, etc., we reserve the right to give "a credit against future orders" instead of a cash refund.
